China and India

With India and China holding such a large portion of the world population, and with both nations facing intense water shortages in the upcoming future, there is much cause for concern. With water shortages, there will undoubtedly be food shortages, worsening the current situations in the two countries.

Water pollution, rising consumption of meat, and melting ice reserves are all major contributors to this escalating problem. Without greater world awareness and structural changes in these regions, water shortage is an inevitable scenario.

The sooner this issue is addressed, the more efficiently the remedy can be applied, resulting in lower social and economic costs upon these two overpopulated nations.
